Johnnie Ethington - President
Founder. Operator. Strategic Partner to Small Businesses.
Raised in Jackson Hole, Johnnie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Westminster University with a degree in Marketing and Accounting, then built her early career on the corporate side of retail and events. She later completed continuing education at Boston University, strengthening her foundation in business strategy, operations, and brand development.
In 2020, Johnnie returned to Teton Valley and co-founded a small business with her husband, which they successfully operated and sold after three years. In tandem, she founded JVE Digital to help others build stronger, more sustainable businesses from the ground up. She believes lasting growth comes from solid systems, clear financials, and thoughtful brand strategy. Outside of work, Johnnie enjoys ceramics and boxing — pursuits that reflect her appreciation for discipline, creativity, and building things with intention.
Timothee Guilbart - Creative Director

Designer. Storyteller. Builder of Thoughtful Brand Experiences.
Originally from France, Timothée brings a global perspective and a deep appreciation for craft, storytelling, and human-centered design. After meeting Johnnie while traveling in Bangkok, he followed his sense of adventure — and love — to the United States. His professional background spans healthcare, hospitality, food & beverage, and print media, giving him a strong foundation in structured systems, service-driven environments, and visual communication.
In the United States, Timothée’s passion shifted toward entrepreneurship, where he co-founded, operated, and grew a small business alongside Johnnie. As Creative Director at JVE Digital, he leads brand expression across design, packaging, print, and digital experiences, ensuring every touchpoint feels intentional and cohesive. Timothée believes strong brands are built through clarity, consistency, and respect for the people they serve. Outside of work, he enjoys biking, swimming, and being a dad, grounding his creative work in balance, movement, and family.
